Andra Rubene provided legal support to the new shareholder of SIA Medicīnas sabiedrība “ARS” in the acquisition of capital shares of the company. As a result of the transaction, the new shareholder joined SIA “Medicīnas sabiedrība “ARS” as one of the largest shareholders.
SIA Medicīnas sabiedrība “ARS” was founded in 1991 (previously, since 1988, as “Medical Centre ARS”) and is one of the largest providers of medical services in Latvia.
In 2023, SIA Medicīnas sabiedrība “ARS” had a turnover of 22.25 million euros, which is 12.7% more than the year before, while the profit increased to 2.18 million euros.
In 2022, SIA Medicīnas sabiedrība “ARS” had a turnover of 19.64 million euros and a profit of 1.24 million euros. The company’s share capital is 904,099 euros.
