TGS Baltic represented Luminor Bank, the third largest financial services provider in the Baltic banking market, which together with Šiaulių bankas is lending EUR 44 million in equal parts for a new shopping centre project – 62,000 m² shopping mall Vilnius OUTLET.
The total value of the project is about EUR 78 million. The banks signed a syndicated loan agreement with the company implementing the project – Trečioji Kregždė.
It is planned that the giant shopping centre will house more than 150 outlet-type shops, 30 restaurants and cafes, as well as a cinema.
TGS Baltic Partner Žygimantas Stankevičius and Senior Associate Eglė Neverbickienė represented the client in drafting the agreement and in long negotiations with the bank’s client.
