The passenger ferry is intended to operate between the Estonian mainland and biggest islands for the transport of passengers, vehicles, and cargo.
Our work included preparation of international competition documents, structuring the competition stages, and preparing competition documents, including preparation of a shipbuilding contract according to rules of SHIP2000.
We prepared full analysis of the structure of the competition and shipbuilding stages, worked closely with the client on the details of the technical conditions to deliver client specific competition conditions needed for finding the shipbuilder.
