TGS Baltic has advised the Scandinavian financial group Swedbank on its acquisition of Danske Bank’s personal banking business in Lithuania and Latvia. The Firm assisted in transaction structuring, participated in drafting of necessary transaction documentation and assisted throughout the negotiation process, as well as during the transitional period until the closing.
