TEGOS (formerly TGS Baltic) team provided legal assistance in the amendment and restatement of the approx. EUR 125.7 million senior multicurrency term and revolving facilities agreement between, amongst others, OneMed Holding AB as the Borrower and Nordea Bank Finland Plc as the Agent, the Security Agent and the Issuing Bank. TGS Baltic was responsible for revising of and opining on finance documentation.
