TGS Baltic advised the European Investment Bank (EIB) on the implementation of the fund of funds and financial engineering instruments in energy efficiency projects.
TGS Baltic assisted the ministries and the EIB in creating new financial engineering schemes and instruments, also, actively advised on the development of the holding fund for the management of EU and private funds, issuing loans and guarantee instruments and succeeded in making banks interested in participation in the leveraged fund. The value of the deal is EUR 230 million.
TGS Baltic Partner Vilius Bernatonis, Associate Partner Neringa Gražinytė, Senior Associates Marius Matiukas and Mantas Gofmanas and Associate Donatas Šliora were advisors to the European Investment Bank in this process on all related legal issues.
