The Parliament of the Republic of Lithuania has approved amendments to the Labour Code of the Republic of Lithuania (hereinafter, the Labour Code), which introduce a wide-ranging reform of labour law covering: the terms of employment contracts, the procedure for settlement upon termination of employment, employee representation, collective relations and the regulation of strikes.
