TGS Baltic team represented UAB FMĮ Finasta and its clients regarding structuring and acquisition of the issue of convertible bonds of AS Lauma International. The bonds were issued in order to partially finance acquisition of Felina International AG by AS Lauma International.

AS Lauma International is a Latvian producer of underwear with factories in Latvia and Germany. In addition to underwear, this group also produces medical textile branded as Lauma Medical. Felina, in the same way as Lauma, is engaged in underwear production, its history dates back to 1885. The company distributes underwear branded as Felina and Conturelle. The factory of Felina group is located in Hungary, distribution companies operate in Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Portugal and Croatia. The profit of the group, which is headquartered in Germany, exceeded EUR 41 million in 2016, it has over 700 employees.
