TEGOS counsel Mirko Kikkamägi participated in the panel discussion “The Fine Print of Defence Capital”, which explored how transaction documentation, investor profiles, and timing evolve in venture capital investments in the defence sector, as well as the specific considerations involved in investing in defence-related businesses.
