TGS Baltic’s M&A and litigation teams assisted Estonian company 1Home Group AS with acquisition and commencement of management of a student hotel at Lauvas 2, Riga, Latvia, that borrowed a loan of EUR 8.4 million from AS DNB banka for expansion of the business of rental housing for students in the Baltics and Poland.
