TEGOS team provided comprehensive legal support to Eventos Singulares Flander SL, i. e., Fever – an international entertainment event organizer, in connection with the expansion of its signature concert series – the “Candlelight Concerts” – into the Baltic States. These candlelit performances are known for offering audiences a unique and intimate live music experience in iconic venues, blending classical and contemporary music under atmospheric lightning.
As part of Fever’s entry into the Baltic market, TEGOS was engaged to review and adopt the core framework artist performance agreements and venue lease contracts. The works was pan-Baltic in nature and required close coordination across Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania to ensure compliance with the differing legal frameworks in each jurisdiction while maintaining consistency and enforceability across the region.
Particular attention was given to the artist agreement, where TEGOS conducted an in-depth review of licensing structures, copyright and related IP matters.
Our team advised on the scope of rights granted to the client and the artist, ensuring all necessary licenses were properly secured in accordance with national and EU copyright laws. We also addressed issues related to use of artist branding and image in promotional materials.
