TEGOS advised Alwark OÜ on the acquisition of Willenbrock Baltic OÜ and Multitruck OÜ. Operating in the Baltics and Ukraine, Alwark is engaged in the sale, rental and maintenance of new and used heavy equipment. Willenbrock Baltic is focused on the sale, rental and maintenance of heavy equipment – primarily forklifts and warehouse equipment – and Multitruck on the sale of heavy equipment.
The acquisition will enable Alwark to expand its reach and product portfolio in the Estonian market and offer a more comprehensive service to customers whose needs include various types of heavy machinery.
