TGS Baltic provided full scope assistance to a leading bioenergetics and renewable energy production group of a European scale in the process of design, spatial planning, construction, environmental and regulatory matters and operation of two new combined heat and power plants, including one on a land leased form the state, with the total investment of EUR 60 million, and using financing from the EBRD.
