TGS Baltic represented Nordea Bank Finland plc extending the SEKm 935 + €m 75 multicurrency term and revolving credit facilities extended to OneMed Group.
Nordea Bank Finland plc amended and restated the senior facilities agreement related to the loan granted to OneMed group. The assignment included rendering of the legal opinion on validity of amendment and restatement agreement of the senior facilities agreement and full force and effect of the commercial pledge after execution of the amendment and restatement agreement.
