TGS Baltic assisted Depfa Bank plc. and Depfa ACS Bank and FMS Wertmanagement AöR on assignment of secured loan portfolio of 182 MEUR issued to public institutions in Latvia by Depha ACS Bank and Depfa ACS Bank to FMS Wertmanagement AöR.
The provided assistance included review of the loan and security agreements and public laws regulating transfer of financing issued to public institutions in Latvia, drafting of a loan portfolio transfer agreement and issuing of legal opinion on the transfer.
