In recognition of our colleagues’ long‑standing and significant contribution to the development and growth of their respective practice areas, we are pleased to announce that attorney‑at‑law and certified tax specialist Rūdolfs Vilsons has been promoted to counsel position, while employment law specialist Toms Tīdemanis has become the firm’s senior associate.
Rūdolfs Vilsons leads the firm’s tax practice, focusing on tax advisory, transaction structuring, and dispute resolution. He has more than 15 years of experience, including roles in international advisory firms, and is a recognised expert in tax law and risk management.
Toms Tīdemanis specialises in employment, corporate and commercial law, advising clients on a broad range of day‑to‑day operational matters, including employment contracts, remuneration compliance, workplace safety, and the implementation and application of internal policies. He also provides support in complex employment issues and disputes.
