Partner Triinu Järviste – expert in competition law and state aid
Triinu Järviste is Estonia’s leading competition law and state aid expert, who has successfully helped companies in complex competition supervision and state aid issues. In addition, she represents clients in the proceedings of the Competition Authority, the European Commission and the European Court of Justice, and helps providers and recipients of state aid in compliance with EU rules. Triinu is the only Estonian state aid lawyer who has led his team to a state aid victory in the General Court of the European Union.
